Role Overview

This position is responsible for managing the initial inpatient admission process for patients facing psychiatric and substance dependence challenges. It entails performing comprehensive patient evaluations and deciding the suitable level of care required.

Key Duties

• Administer patient benefits and assess eligibility.
• Review and evaluate treatment plans for effectiveness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline; alternatively, possession of a licensed Ph.D.
• Active and unrestricted professional license to practice in California is mandatory.
• Preferred experience working with inpatient care, dual diagnoses involving mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Familiarity with managing benefits across multiple funding sources enhances candidacy.
