Role overview

This position focuses on representing beauty brands in-store and driving sales through strong customer service, effective retail execution, and persuasive selling techniques.

What you will do

• Carry out day-to-day store tasks such as maintenance and visual merchandising, following the directions of the retailer’s store or assistant store manager and the Head Office team.
• Use strong product knowledge across beauty items and accessories to support customers effectively.
• Apply selling techniques that help achieve sales targets.
• Suggest suitable products and cross-sell based on each customer’s needs.
• Identify customer expectations and deliver a high standard of service.
• Maintain brand presentation standards and stay current on product information.
• Arrange stock neatly and according to the required display guidelines to attract shoppers.
• Stay alert to store security at all times and avoid any negligence.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Welcome customers, guide them to the right products, and help improve their shopping experience.
• Maintain a polished and well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Share daily sales performance with Head Office at the end of each shift.
• Turn casual browsers into paying customers.
• Be prepared to work longer hours during sales and festival periods.
• Inform Head Office about stock shortages and sales losses.
• Notify store management when replenishment is needed.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and evolving customer preferences.
• Build and maintain a customer database and submit it to Head Office every month.
• Take initiative in learning and self-development.
• Consistently aim to exceed client expectations.
• Create a welcoming experience that strengthens customer relationships and brand loyalty.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Beauty Advisor, be a Saudi national, and have a genuine interest in beauty—especially skincare and hair care. Strong customer experience understanding, interpersonal ability, communication skills, initiative, and an intercultural mindset are important for success in this role. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.

Work location

The role is based in key beauty stores across Riyadh. The candidate must be flexible to work across multiple stores or relocate within Riyadh depending on business needs.
