The Beauty Advisor role is focused on driving sales and key performance indicators by putting the customer first at every step. In this position, you will represent the brand with enthusiasm and a genuine passion for beauty.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide impartial beauty advice by drawing on strong product knowledge
• Work closely with the wider team to deliver a consistently customer-first experience
• Help meet and exceed sales goals, including the company acquisition target for N.dulge
• Follow stock control procedures carefully to maintain accuracy and reduce loss
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with store colleagues
• Engage confidently with external partners and store visitors
• Contribute positively to team goals and take pride in shared success
• Help create a store atmosphere that feels welcoming, inclusive and approachable
• Keep product knowledge current and share updates with the team
• Work in line with company policies and procedures at all times
