About the Role
We invite you to join our study team where you will gain invaluable hands-on experience alongside your dual studies, receiving profound insights into the diverse operations of our city administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and oversee various construction projects within the City of Ravensburg, including planning, supervision, and coordination phases.
- Maintain continuous communication with collaborating construction firms.
- Assist with awarding and tendering procedures essential to project execution.
- Contribute to project management within the building authority.
- Participate in architectural and building management duties involving new constructions, renovations, project steering, as well as building administration and maintenance.
- Handle supervisory responsibilities for civil engineering projects such as road and bridge construction, canalization, and water management.
Candidate Profile
- Possess an Abitur (university entrance qualification) or alternatively a Fachhochschulreife with a DHBW aptitude test.
- Display confident and courteous demeanor.
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a proactive approach.
- Have a keen interest in technical subjects and enthusiasm for shaping the city's architectural landscape.
