Role overview

An opportunity is available for bartenders to join the ultra-luxury Cashel Palace Hotel and Mikey Ryan's. The role is based in a carefully restored Palladian manor in the heart of Ireland, close to the Rock of Cashel and surrounded by scenic countryside. The property is part of Ireland's Blue Book and Relais & Châteaux.

The hotel is hiring for several food and beverage bar positions across multiple outlets, including Mikey Ryan’s Bar & Kitchen, The Guinness Bar, Resident Cocktail Bar, Donoghue’s Bar, Ballroom Bar, and Sadler's. These venues offer varied shifts and a good degree of flexibility in working hours.

This position suits someone who wants to grow their hospitality career while gaining hands-on experience in a progressive business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the food and beverage team to deliver an outstanding guest experience throughout the hotel.
• Maintain service standards at a consistently high level and actively look for ways to improve them.
• Support the wider food and beverage operation whenever help is needed.
• Interact with guests and team members in a warm, professional, and approachable manner.
• Take part in training opportunities that support ongoing career development.

Requirements

• Prior bar experience is required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
