Bartender

Role Overview

This position is part of the food and beverage team at a luxury hospitality property in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on creating a memorable guest experience through attentive service, smooth coordination with the kitchen and service team, and maintaining the standards expected in a premium hotel environment.

What You Will Do

• Deliver warm, attentive guest service throughout the dining or beverage experience.
• Handle table setup, guest interaction, order coordination, and service support as needed.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to keep the operation running smoothly.
• Keep work areas, tools, and supplies clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Contribute to service that feels seamless and part of the overall guest experience.

Work Standards

• Maintain a safe and professional workplace at all times.
• Follow company policies, operating procedures, and quality standards consistently.
• Present a neat personal appearance and communicate in a professional manner.
• Be prepared for extended periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, and moving across uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Handle menu information accurately and manage physical tasks involving objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by the employer.

Preferred Qualification

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Prior related experience of less than 1 year is acceptable, and no supervisory background is required. No license or certification is needed for this role.
