Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and cocktails while ensuring outstanding guest service.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of beverages, including wines and cocktails, to provide informed recommendations.
• Exhibit a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Proactively up-sell and maximize sales revenue wherever possible.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience working in a busy bar, especially within high-volume and fast-paced settings, is essential.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland is mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills required.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
