Job Overview

As a bartender at Beast Berlin, you will serve as a host, advisor, and ambassador of enjoyment. Your passion for premium beverages combined with a flair for top-tier service will ensure guests have a memorable evening. Working closely with your team, you will contribute to a distinctive ambiance and the overall success of our bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize the daily Mise en Place and handle bar setup and breakdown.
• Mix and serve cocktails, long drinks, and other beverage specialties professionally for à la carte service and events.
• Provide expert advice and personalized guest care, maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.
• Coordinate effectively with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Handle valuable spirits, wines, and brand products with responsibility.
• Contribute to the evolution of our drink menu, including new cocktail creations and internal processes.
• Maintain hygiene, quality, and service standards, and take good care of the bar area.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality sector, enjoying crafting high-quality drinks and cocktails.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and contemporary bar standards, with high attentiveness to quality.
• Good command of German and English, coupled with a professional and charming attitude when engaging with both local and international customers.
• Confident and service-oriented personality with enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Physical stamina, a team player mentality, and the ability to remain calm and organized during peak times.
• Willingness to work evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
