Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join the team at our renowned Oceo Spa, awarded Global Hotel Spa of the Year in 2019. Key Responsibilities

• Handle all spa reservations and bookings efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding bookings and scheduling.
• Manage cash floats, ensuring they are maintained at appropriate levels.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide detailed information about available products and treatments.
• Perform all reception and administrative tasks diligently.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in retail sales is advantageous.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service capabilities and teamwork skills.
• Be flexible with work hours, including availability on weekends.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
