Position Overview

We are seeking a talented barista who brings expertise, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering consistently excellent coffee experiences to our guests at IHG Hotels & Resorts in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia.

Key Daily Responsibilities

• Engaging with guests by taking their coffee orders and offering menu recommendations as a coffee specialist.
• Crafting and serving a diverse range of hot, cold, artisan, and specialty beverages.
• Managing guest payments efficiently.
• Ensuring availability of supplies by ordering, receiving, and distributing necessary stock.
• Maintaining high cleanliness standards for all workspaces and equipment.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service capabilities.
• Proficient experience operating coffee brewing equipment.
• Knowledgeable about a variety of beverage recipes including espresso production.
• Driven to pursue excellence with eagerness and motivation.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Exemplary punctuality and reliability.
• Passionate about coffee and the art of coffee making.
