Role overview

Join a customer-focused coffee team where the emphasis is on delivering warm service, consistently prepared drinks, and a welcoming store experience. As a barista, you will help create the signature coffee shop experience by serving beverages, food, and products to a high standard while building genuine connections with guests.

What you will do

• Prepare and serve beverages, whole-bean coffee, and food items consistently in line with recipe and presentation standards.
• Support daily store operations such as opening and closing, cash handling, and safety and security procedures.
• Assist team members during busy periods to help the store run smoothly.
• Learn the store environment and customer preferences so you can anticipate needs and respond proactively.
• Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a customer-first approach and building authentic relationships.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and well-organised for both customers and colleagues.

What to expect

No prior barista experience is required. The main requirement is a genuine enthusiasm for delighting customers and contributing to a positive in-store atmosphere. The role involves creating meaningful moments for guests through quality drinks and attentive service.

Because of the nature of the store, working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
