What you'll do
- Prepare drinks, whole-bean coffee, and food items to the required recipe and presentation standards.
- Help with day-to-day store routines such as opening and closing, handling cash, and following safety and security procedures.
- Support the team during busy periods so the store continues to run smoothly.
- Learn your store and customers well so you can anticipate needs and respond proactively.
- Provide standout service by putting customers first and building genuine connections.
- Keep the workspace tidy, clean, and well organised for both customers and colleagues.
What we're looking for
Prior barista experience is not required. The main requirement is a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and a willingness to create positive experiences for every customer. This role suits someone who enjoys being part of a team and can adapt to a varied, fast-moving environment.

Working hours
