About The Role

Join the dynamic hospitality team at SSP working within Starbucks at Forth Valley Hospital, Larbert. This role offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

As a Barista, you will engage with customers in a fast-paced, lively environment, serving quality coffee and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn and craft a range of coffee beverages and share detailed product knowledge with customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service consistently, maintaining an upbeat and friendly demeanor.
• Ensure the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the unit at all times.

Requirements

• Strong enthusiasm for interacting with people and staying active throughout shifts.
• A positive, kind attitude bringing energy to every workday.
• Ability to start shifts from 5 AM onwards.
• Must be aged 18 or older to fulfil certain responsibilities, including selling and handling alcohol.
