Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and bespoke beverages tailored to customer requests.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the store at all times.
• Learn continuously about new beverages and product knowledge to enhance customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Enthusiastic about interacting with people and capable of maintaining energy throughout shifts.
• Positive, kind, and able to create a pleasant workplace vibe.
• Must be aged 18 or older to comply with role responsibilities and shift requirements.

Working Hours and Compensation

Part-time opportunities available, typically 16 hours per week with flexible shifts between 4:30am and 8:30pm including weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Hourly pay is £12.71 with an additional premium of £1.20 per hour for work between midnight and 6:00am, making the effective hourly rate £13.91 during these hours.
