Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and friendly communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standardized recipes or tailored customer preferences, including adjustments in ingredients or temperature.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and cleanliness according to company policies.
• Manage a clean, organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate actively as a collaborative team member, supporting overall store operations and switching roles as needed during shifts.
