Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and respond clearly and courteously.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to recipes and customer requests, including custom changes to ingredients, portions, or temperature.
• Follow store procedures and standards for quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Handle a variety of tasks throughout the shift as needed.
• Work in a busy environment while contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
