Key Responsibilities

• Craft food and beverage items following standard or customized recipes, adapting for preferences in temperature, ingredient amounts, or substitutions.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security standards.
• Engage effectively with customers, understanding and responding to their needs with clear, friendly communication.
• Perform a variety of store tasks across shifts, keeping the workspace organized and clean.
• Work collaboratively with the team in an energetic, fast-paced setting while maintaining composure.

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience required; we provide all necessary training.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
• Quick learner capable of following oral and written directions, asking for clarification when needed.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
