Barista Responsibilities
- Craft beverages and food items adhering to Starbucks recipes and customized customer preferences.
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging warmly and responding to individual needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while complying with store policies including cash handling and security.
- Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced setting, contributing to an energetic and supportive store atmosphere.
- Be versatile in completing various store tasks during shifts including operations and service functions.
Candidate Qualifications and Skills
- No previous experience required; a willingness to learn coffee and food preparation is essential.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with customers and team members.
- Capacity to follow oral and written instructions accurately and seek clarifications when needed.
- Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in a busy, dynamic retail environment.
