About the Role
Become part of Starbucks where connection and people are at the core of everything we do. As a barista, you will play a key role in crafting the Starbucks Experience by delivering exceptional customer service and expertly preparing food and beverages in a lively, energetic store environment. You will develop your craft, collaborate with team members, and create memorable moments for customers every day.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers.
- Prepare food and beverage items using standard and customized recipes.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety and security compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift.
- Work as part of a team to perform various tasks during each shift.
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are required, with or without accommodations.
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and ask clarifying questions when needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and coworkers effectively.
- Ability to stay calm in fast-paced settings and maintain high quality standards.
