Responsibilities

• Create an inviting Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service and product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and adherence to store policies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow store security protocols.
• Learn and prepare food and beverage items according to standardized and customized recipes.
• Effectively communicate with customers to understand and meet their needs.
• Flexibly perform various store tasks during shifts.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; openness to learning is essential.
• Consistent punctuality and reliable attendance, with or without accommodations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holiday shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities suitable for team collaboration and customer engagement.
• Capability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions precisely and seek clarification when needed.
