Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service while preparing and serving beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards, accommodating customized orders as requested.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, ensuring adherence to store policies regarding quality and safety.
• Handle cash and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Engage pleasantly and effectively with customers, identifying and responding to their needs through clear communication.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store throughout each shift, adapting to the fast-paced environment and maintaining composure under pressure.

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience is needed; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Capability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, seeking clarification when necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships among team members and customers.
• Ability to quickly learn new information, including latest beverage recipes.
