About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create customized food and beverage items following standard and modified recipes to suit customer preferences.
• Engage warmly and effectively with customers, identifying and responding to their individual needs.
• Maintain high standards of store safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Collaborate actively with team members during various store tasks and operations throughout shifts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrate reliability with consistent punctuality and attendance, with or without accommodations.
• Work flexible shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Have strong communication abilities to understand and respond to verbal and written instructions and customer interactions.
• Exhibit a willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
