As a Barista, you'll deliver the iconic Starbucks Experience through attentive customer service and crafting high-quality beverages. This role offers a lively store atmosphere where you can refine your skills, collaborate with teammates, and interact with new people daily. A single cup served with a smile can brighten a customer's day, and as a barista, you'll be central to creating those moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage positively with customers to understand and fulfill their beverage and food preferences.
• Prepare food and drinks accurately based on standard or customized recipes, including modifications for temperature, ingredient quantity, or substitutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace adhering to store safety and security guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and ensure compliance with store operating policies.
• Collaborate effectively as part of the store team to perform a variety of tasks during each shift.

Requirements

• No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Consistent and punctual attendance with flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Capability to follow oral and written instructions and seek clarification as needed.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.

Skills and Abilities

• Quick learner with enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge, especially regarding beverage recipes.
• Team-oriented mindset valuing collaboration and relationship-building.
• Excellent organizational skills to keep work areas tidy and efficient.
