Role and Responsibilities

As a Barista, you will craft the Starbucks Experience for our customers through outstanding service and skillfully prepared beverages. You'll thrive in a lively store setting, mastering food and beverage preparation, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging with customers to create memorable moments that brighten their day.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly and efficient interactions.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages following standard recipes or customer-specific adjustments.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced and energetic setting while managing multiple tasks.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.

Qualifications & Skills

• No prior experience is necessary; we will provide training.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available for flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work well as part of a team.
• Ability to quickly learn and follow oral and written instructions.
• Comfortable with responsibilities such as cash handling and store safety standards.
