About the Role

As a barista at Starbucks, you will help shape the customer experience by serving quality drinks and food with strong attention to service. The role is based in an active store setting where you’ll work with a team, meet new people, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service and respond to guest needs with clear communication.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes, including customer-requested modifications.
• Handle cash responsibly and follow store safety and security procedures.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for service throughout the shift.
• Work across different store tasks as needed during each shift.
• Maintain a calm, professional approach in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Experience and Qualifications

• No previous work experience is needed for this role.
• You must be available for regular and dependable attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• You should be able to meet store standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and safety/security procedures.
• You must be able to interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide pleasant service.
• You should be able to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
