Key Responsibilities
- Create the Starbucks Experience by delivering exceptional customer service and expertly preparing food and beverage items according to our standards.
- Engage customers warmly, responding to their needs with pleasant and clear communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while handling cash and store safety tasks confidently.
- Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced workplace while maintaining composure and focus on quality.
- Prepare customized food and beverage orders based on customer preferences and recipe modifications such as ingredient quantity or temperature changes.
