Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and expertly craft food and beverage items following standard and customized recipes.
• Maintain store safety protocols including cash handling and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking to handle various store duties during each shift.
• Foster a friendly and inclusive environment for customers and fellow partners alike.

Required Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; training is provided.
• Consistent punctuality and reliable attendance with or without accommodations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and respond to their needs effectively.
• Quick learner capable of following oral and written instructions attentively.
• Ability to maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and responsibilities within the store.
