Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with attention to quality and personal interaction.
• Prepare beverages and food items accurately following standard or customized recipes.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain store safety procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Stay composed and effective in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Enjoy engaging with people and thrive in team settings.
• Embrace learning new skills, including updated beverage recipes and operational tasks.
• Possess strong communication abilities to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
• Be punctual, reliable, and flexible to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• No prior experience is necessary; a quick learner with strong interpersonal skills is preferred.
• Comply with store policies including cash handling, quality standards, and safety.
• Capable of managing multiple duties within shifts as assigned.
