Role Overview
As a barista, you will craft the signature Starbucks Experience through exceptional customer service and expertly prepared food and beverages. Qualifications and Experience
- No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.

- Adherence to store policies covering product quality, cash management, and safety standards.
- Ability to engage customers effectively, identify their needs, and communicate clearly.
- Capable of preparing food and drinks according to standard or customized recipes.
- Flexibility to perform diverse tasks as assigned during shifts.
