Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by greeting and serving customers with a smile.
• Prepare food and beverages accurately according to Starbucks recipes or customer customizations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area to store standards.
• Handle cash and ensure store safety and security procedures are followed.
• Be adaptable to performing various tasks during each shift.

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to attend work consistently and be punctual.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow both oral and written instructions.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal abilities and relationship-building skills.
• Capable of maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
