Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and responding to customer needs with clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes, including adjustments in temperature and ingredients as requested.
• Maintain store safety and security protocols alongside cash-handling duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area.
• Perform varied tasks within the store to support smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Be available for flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and follow oral and written instructions accurately, seeking clarification when needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
• No prior experience required.
