Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality beverages and food following standardized or customized recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and responding to customer needs with friendly communication.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace.
- Handle cash transactions and uphold store safety and security standards.
- Perform various tasks throughout your shift to support the store's operations efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements
- No prior experience required; training provided.
- Regular and punctual attendance is essential, with adaptability for flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to follow store policies and procedures, including food safety and cash handling.
- Capability to learn quickly and follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
