As a Barista, you'll craft the Starbucks Experience by delivering outstanding customer service and preparing expertly made beverages and food items. Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through friendly interactions and fulfilling their custom beverage and food requests.
• Prepare food and drinks accurately according to standardized or customized recipes, accommodating recipe adjustments like ingredient substitutions or temperature changes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to store policies for food safety and cash handling.
• Perform diverse tasks during shifts to support the smooth operation of the store.
• Handle cash responsibly and help ensure store security.

Qualifications & Experience

• No prior experience is required.
• Consistent punctuality and attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Capability to follow store procedures, safety requirements, and provide quality service.
• Ability to understand and act on oral and written directions, seeking clarification when necessary.
