As a barista, you will be responsible for delivering the distinctive Starbucks Experience by providing outstanding service and crafting expertly prepared food and beverages. Key Responsibilities

• Engage warmly with customers, tailoring your communication to understand and meet their needs effectively
• Prepare drinks and food items accurately by following set recipes or adapting to specific customer requests such as adjusting temperatures or ingredient quantities
• Handle cash transactions and maintain the safety and security standards of the store
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation throughout the shift
• Fulfill a variety of tasks within the store as required, ensuring smooth operation during all shifts

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately and seek clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work effectively within a team
