Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the signature Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service and skillfully prepared beverages.
• Work collaboratively in a lively store setting, honing your craft in food and beverages while meeting new people.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and handle responsibilities such as cash management and store safety.
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced and energetic environment while keeping calm and focused.

Qualifications and Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Commit to punctual attendance and reliable work presence.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Follow store policies on quality product preparation, cash handling, and security.
• Engage positively with customers to identify and respond to their needs through clear communication.
• Prepare food and drinks according to standard and customized recipes.
• Adapt to various store tasks during each shift as needed.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Quick learner capable of understanding and following instructions and asking for clarification.
