Role Summary

As a barista at Starbucks, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional Starbucks Experience through outstanding service and skillfully prepared beverages and food. This fast-paced role allows you to hone your craft, collaborate with team members, and engage with our diverse customer base daily. Your smile and craftsmanship can brighten someone's day.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and craft high-quality food and beverage products in line with company standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, maintain store safety, and uphold store policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace during shifts.
• Adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, performing various tasks throughout your shift as needed.
• Engage in clear and friendly communication with customers to understand and meet their needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• There is no requirement for prior experience to be considered.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team setting.
• Exhibit strong communication skills both written and verbal, with an eagerness to learn new recipes and processes.
• Be reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Capable of working flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions effectively and seek clarification when necessary.
