Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Consistent punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Adherence to store policies including product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Strong communication skills to meet customer needs clearly and pleasantly.
• Capability to prepare products to standard or customized recipes.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks during each shift.
• Quick learner with strong interpersonal abilities and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable interpreting and following verbal and written instructions.
