Role Overview

As a barista at Starbucks, you’ll be responsible for crafting expertly made beverages and providing excellent customer service in a lively store atmosphere. Experience and Qualifications

• No prior experience is necessary.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to accommodate store hours.
• Willing to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to follow store policies for product quality, cash handling, and security.
• Engage customers by understanding and responding to their needs with friendliness.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes.
• Capable of multitasking and performing different duties throughout each shift.
