Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding Starbucks Experience through excellent personalized customer service.
- Create high-quality beverages and food items following standardized recipes, accommodating customer preferences and modifications.
- Manage cash handling duties and uphold store safety and security standards diligently.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace ensuring smooth store operations.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused.
- Work flexibly across various store tasks and shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Qualifications and Skills
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide all the training you need.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and team members professionally.
- Ability to learn quickly and comprehend oral and written instructions.
- A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships.
