Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, eager to learn new brewing skills and recipes.
• Offer personalized beverage recommendations and share product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service while maintaining a pleasant and energetic atmosphere.
• Ensure the cleanliness and welcoming appearance of the store throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic about interacting with customers and working in a busy, people-focused environment.
• Positive attitude coupled with kindness and an ability to foster good morale during shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old to fulfill certain responsibilities and shift requirements.

Work Details

• Part-time positions available with 16 hours per week.
• Operating hours from 5am to 6:30pm with flexible scheduling across all days including weekends, bank, and public holidays.
• Pay rate of £12.71 per hour plus an additional £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, effective rate £13.91.
