About the Role
The barista is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and tea beverages.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks to customers.
- Keep the workspace clean and well-organized.
- Interact with customers, offering guidance and beverage recommendations.
- Manage cash handling and complete transaction processes accurately.
Qualifications
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience working as a barista or in a comparable role.
Skills
- Effective communication abilities.
- Capacity to work efficiently under fast-paced conditions.
- Understanding of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
- Barista certification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems is preferred.
