No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided through our celebrated program.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking and processing food and drink orders accurately, either at the bar or via customer app
• Delivering food while ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up checks and timely clearing of tables
• Engaging customers warmly by greeting, thanking them, and building rapport
• Staying informed about ongoing promotions, events, and new products
• Maintaining cleanliness standards by clearing tables, wiping surfaces, performing restroom checks, and general tidying
• Performing tasks in various areas such as glass washing, restocking fridges, and clearing floors including beer garden
