Overview

Bellingham Castle is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Bar and Lounge Staff. This dual role involves responsibilities both on the floor and behind the bar, contributing to a seamless guest experience at the venue.

Responsibilities

• Collect and clear used glasses and crockery from tables.
• Serve beverages to guests at tables.
• Assist with table service during weddings and events.
• Clean and reset tables promptly for new guests.
• Manage bar stocking and maintain cleanliness.
• Perform general cleaning tasks including end-of-night cleanup.
• Set up tables in preparation for events.
• Complete shift duties typically during 2:00 PM to 9:00/10:00/11:00 PM and 6:00/9:00 PM until close, which is usually around 3:30 AM.
• After floor staff training, undertake bar staff responsibilities such as serving drinks from behind the bar, supporting floor staff during busy periods, and assisting with event setup and cleaning.

• Flexible availability to work all weekends throughout the year, most Thursdays, and additional days during holiday periods.
• Comfortable engaging with guests, ensuring warm and courteous service.
• Willingness to work the specified shift times with flexibility is essential.
