Role Overview

The Stewarding Attendant is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, order, and efficiency within the resort’s kitchen. Key duties involve washing chinaware, flatware, glassware, utensils, and equipment; performing scheduled deep cleans of machinery, refrigerators, and kitchen zones; and ensuring the dishwashing area remains tidy, organized, and fully functional. Compliance with health and safety standards is mandatory, including safe chemical use and equipment operation. Additional responsibilities include assisting with event preparation by moving furniture, equipment, and supplies, upholding high grooming standards, and supporting other Food & Beverage operations as needed.

Compensation

The base wage is $26.51 per hour plus applicable penalties and loading.

• Effective communication skills along with problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physical capability to handle lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 23 kilograms.
