Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm and professional face-to-face customer service to assist with banking requirements.
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions.
- Provide guidance to customers on digital banking tools and resolve account queries.
- Maintain precise records while adhering to banking policies and compliance standards.
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer service quality.

Working Hours and Location
This position is based onsite in Taupo with working hours Monday through Friday from 08:30 to 17:00, totaling 40 hours per week.
