About the Role
Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an organized and motivated individual for a Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapist position in East Berkshire. This role is part of a dynamic physiotherapy rotation, offering 6-month placements across Inpatient wards and the Assessment and Rehabilitation Centre in East Berkshire. The position is designed to foster the development of rehabilitation, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary team (MDT) working skills on wards, while also enhancing clinical expertise with patients experiencing frailty. The role involves managing falls clinics and exercise classes, broadening knowledge of community services and strategies for maintaining the well-being of the aging population.
