Job description
Role Overview
This position is focused on selling life insurance solutions through bank branches in Hyderabad. The role involves engaging with customers at the branch, identifying suitable insurance opportunities, and supporting business growth across two bank branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations and customer interaction across two bank branches.
- Approach and assist walk-in customers visiting the branch.
- Promote and sell life insurance products to eligible customers.
- Work with high-net-worth (HNI) customers and support their insurance needs.
- Drive sales in a branch-based bancassurance environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a graduate.
- At least 1 year of experience in life insurance sales or BFSI sales is required.
- This is a sales-focused role, so a strong selling mindset is important.
- Applicants should be 35 years of age or below.
Compensation and Benefits
The offered package is in the range of INR 2,25,000 to INR 4,00,000 per year, along with incentives and allowances.
