About Avian Badminton Academy
Avian Badminton Academy seeks a dedicated and driven Badminton Coach to lead training for players across various ages and skill levels. If you are passionate about badminton and enjoy coaching emerging talent, this opportunity suits you.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead badminton training sessions designed for both children and adults.
- Instruct proper badminton techniques including footwork, strokes, and strategic play.
- Create well-organized training schedules tailored to player development.
- Encourage and guide players to improve performance and confidence.
- Track and assess player progress continually, offering constructive feedback.
- Prepare trainees for upcoming tournaments and competitive events.
- Ensure discipline and foster a positive atmosphere during coaching sessions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A genuine enthusiasm for coaching badminton.
- Effective communication capabilities.
- Experience in playing or coaching badminton is preferred.
- Competency in coaching beginners as well as intermediate level players.
- A positive mindset and professional demeanor at all times.
Eligibility
