About the role

Become part of a long-established family business as a baker and dough maker in Frankfurt am Main. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start available. The company has been operating for more than 100 years and is now in its fourth generation, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, quality, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of doughs for bread, rolls, croissants, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Measure and select ingredients such as flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar, and fats.
• Mix and knead dough by hand as well as using machinery.
• Portion, shape, and score dough pieces.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Completed training as a baker or equivalent practical experience.
• Confident handling of large ovens and other baking equipment.
• Careful working style, reliability, and a cooperative mindset.
• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
