Role Overview
The Backend Sales Support / Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between customers, Point of Sales Persons (PoSPs), and the sales team. This position involves managing queries, organizing sales data, monitoring sales progress, and facilitating appointments to help achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from customers and PoSPs, addressing their questions and fulfilling their needs.
- Compile and present sales data in an accessible, well-organized format.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers and PoSPs to verify product satisfaction.
- Monitor sales team progress and ensure sales personnel are aligned with sales targets.
- Provide essential reports and data to support the sales team’s operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients, PoSPs, and sales staff.
